Write to the editors

Every message sent here is read. People who run small labs catch things we miss: a rule revised, a form replaced, a vendor page rewritten. If you have found one of those, or have a question the guides do not answer, write it below.

  • A page that no longer matches the rule

    A section of 42 CFR 493 that changed, a CMS form with a new edition, or a fee or limit that has moved. Tell us the page and the source.

  • A tool that gave a wrong answer

    A QC statistic, a chart or a certificate result that does not fit your records, or a field your lab needs and the tool lacks.

  • Software or services we compare

    You make or sell one of the products on our compare pages and your documentation has changed, or a status we show is out of date.

  • Anything else

    An idea for a guide, a list we should read, or a question the site does not answer yet.
