About these terms
AssayDeck is published by Everlight Press. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not professional advice
The guides, calculators and comparisons are general information for people who run or work in clinical labs. They are not legal, regulatory, medical or billing advice. CLIA requirements (42 CFR Part 493), state rules and accreditation standards change, and how they apply depends on your lab, your test menu and your certificate.
Confirm anything that matters with CMS, your state survey agency, your accreditation organization, the test manufacturer's instructions or a qualified consultant. Your laboratory director remains responsible for your lab's procedures and results.
The tools
The calculators are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Check every result against your own procedure manual and the manufacturer's package insert before you rely on it. Do not enter patient information; the tools do not need it.
Comparisons and vendor names
Comparisons describe products as their public documentation presented them on the date stated on each page. Vendors change their products, so check current details with the vendor. Product and company names belong to their owners; naming a product does not mean its maker endorses AssayDeck.
Links to other sites
AssayDeck links to sites it does not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
